Birthday anniversaries are part of events that are so meaningful to human beings and the reason behind this is not farfetched.
With all the risks and danger involved in the day to day living of humans, one can only be happy and rejoice each time he’s privileged to record yet another year.
This is why it is easy to relate with George Adesola Oguntade, a retired judge of the Supreme Court, who out of God’s grace is privileged to have weathered all the storms that have come his way as he recently joined the Octogenarian club.
With series of accomplishments to point at and sound health, Oguntade, with the help of his beautiful wife, Modupe, held a modest birthday party in the United Kingdom.
With a heart full of praise that was complemented by excited mood, the High Commissioner to the United Kingdom and his wife, played host to very influential personalities who flew in from Nigeria and other countries to be part of the landmark celebration.
Front line singer, Evangelist Ebenezer Obey who was flown to the United Kingdom for the party, did expected justice to the event by churning out mild but melodious tunes that kept guests on their feet throughout the event.
Meanwhile, leading pack of guests who turned up to rejoice with the birthday boy was his artificial twin brother who is known to be his long standing friend, Chief Razaq Okoya.
Okoya and his delectable wife, Shade, were on the same page with the host family as they welcome guests and ensure all went well.
Among others who were in attendance were the Governor of Ogun State, Prince Dapo Abiodun, Senator Lanre Tejuosho, Erelu Abiola Dosumu, Dame Abimbola Fashola, top society lady, Nkiru Anumudu, lotto guru, Adebutu Kessington among many others.
